Your final invoice will be based ON the hanging weight of the animal. The average hanging weight of a quarter beef is 200 pounds.
200 lb x $6.00/lb = $1200 minus $200 (deposit) FINAL INVOICE FOR QUARTER SHARE = $1000 (ESTIMATE ONLY)
All of our beef is processed at USDA inspected facilities. All meat is flash frozen and each cut is individually wrapped (with a few exceptions). Once we receive the meat back from the butcher, we will send you a final invoice and pick up/delivery date.

**A 200 pound animal yields an estimated 130 pounds of beef in freezer. The difference in weight is due to aging and final custom butchering where the animal loses bone and water weight.
